CONTRIBUTOR

A contributor will create the content for you to post whenever and wherever you’d like! Depending on what your goals are, we’ll take care of planning the marketing strategy, create the content and hand it off to you within ten days!

- We’ll need to know what your goals are for this next quarter and the upcoming month, whether it is to gain followers, attract potential customers, get clients in the door, etc; with a specific goal in mind, we can focus our efforts on the most effective channels.

- We need around 15 days prior to your launch campaign date to plan and execute the campaign effectively.

- We’ll create one campaign per goal per month where we concentrate our efforts on one specific social media channel, while still providing some photos and clips that can be repurposed and shared on any channel.

- We’ll select one day where we will meet either in person or virtually to get a feel of the services/products that are offered and the target audience. We’ll talk about what type of strategies we can do to reach your goal.

- We’ll then set up a photoshoot day where we’ll need for you to prepare your establishment and have someone execute the service for us to capture. We’ll take thousands of photos and video clips for us to have a wide variety to choose from and we’ll bring any model(s) or assistant(s) needed for a shoot.

- We’ll edit the content to communicate the marketing strategy we had previously agreed upon and to visually match your company’s brand image. Once it is finished, they are delivered to you in high-quality format for you to post and share as you please.

- We are not responsible for publishing the content on your account(s).

- The cost of transport, props, models, products, etc., needed to create a campaign are covered by you.

ADMIN.

As an administrator, we take care of your social media account for you so you don’t have to worry about editing it, captioning it, posting it at the ideal time, respond to comments, posting stories every day, promoting the products & services without being too pushy, etc.

- We’ll need access to the account you’d like for us to run so we can ‘like’ and comment on your behalf whenever it is a generic message, as well as post every day at specific times that will boost engagement.

- We recommend you change your account’s password before we enter into the contract for safety reasons. It is recommended to do the same after the contract has ended as well. This password should only be shared between us.

- Being an administrator doesn’t mean we manage your account’s business model. We do not search for ‘jobs’ for you as an agent would. We simply do basic social media marketing administration tasks that are repetitive and do not require any decision-making.

- Since this is more of an ongoing role we schedule regular photoshoots to keep fresher content.

- The cost of transport, props, models, products, etc., needed to create a campaign are covered by us!

- Admins can take around 5 - 10 days to launch a campaign because we need to create fewer amounts of content as it is constantly being created.
