HOW DOES IT WORK?

We have two main ways we work with other businesses, either a contributor or a manager.

A CONTRIBUTOR creates content to be distributed and used in your business by you and your marketing department.

A MANAGER does the same and manages your social media account(s) by answering direct messages, likes, replying to the comments, and sending you a monthly report of the top comments and number of followers.

A contributor will create content once or a couple of times a month, process and edit the media to match your brand’s colors and image, then deliver the final media pieces for you to distribute and use as you wish. We’ll provide a marketing plan for ideas of when we suggest the media should be posted, but ultimately it is up to you to post it when it is time.

If you would like to delegate that responsibility, then a manager is what you need, as the manager is in charge of posting on your account.

TLDR:

A contributor only creates the content while a manager creates and posts it.
